Carol Conway, LISW-CP

Carol earned a BA degree from Limestone College and a MSW degree from the University of South Carolina. In addition to her clinical experience, Carol has had the honor of working as a hospice social worker, bereavement coordinator, and supervisor for other social workers. She has advanced training in Critical Stress Management, Brainspotting, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Carol’s own experiences with navigating what is all too often a painful, stressful, and busy world have instilled in her a deep compassion and empathy for those she works with.

Carol provides individual counseling for adults and has extensive experience helping people with depression, anxiety, PTSD and other trauma-related difficulties, and life transitions. Carol specializes in working with grief and loss and in addition to supporting individuals in their grieving process, she also provides grief/loss focused couples counseling.

Carol is a lifelong resident of the Lowcountry with a deep love for its culture, people and beautiful environment.
